Traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga Retreat

- 13:00 – 14:00 – Arrival and lunch
- 16:00 – 17:30 – Afternoon Balinese Watukaru yoga and meditation session
- 18:00 – 19:00 – Afternoon activities
- 19:00 – Delicious dinner
Day 2 and Day after
- 08:00 – 09:30 Morning general yoga with all other retreat guests
- 09:30 – 10:30 Breakfast time
- 11:00 – 12:00 Daily morning village culture/activities
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch - 16:00 – 17:30 Afternoon Balinese Watukaru yoga and meditation session
- 18:00 – 19:00 Afternoon activities
- 19:00 Yummy dinner
Last Day
- 08:00 – 09:30 – Morning general yoga with all others retreat guests

The Schedule of village culture/activities will be different activity on each day, such as :
- Balinese music class
- Balinese dance class
- making Balinese Hindu offerings

- Beach yoga & beach relaxation
- Making traditional herbal drinks
- Visiting the local waterfall
- Rice farming
- Cooking your own Balinese meals
- Balinese language lesson.
